SOME DETAIL ON PAST EVENTS

Our First Annual Charity Celebrity Golf Classic was held on Monday, June 18, 2007 at the Country Club of Gwinnett (CCG) in Snellville, Georgia and was a great success. The proceeds from the Golf Tournament were given by check to both FODAC and Masonic Children’s Home of Georgia, to help support their charitable missions.

Our Second Annual Charity Celebrity Golf Classic was held on Monday, November 10, 2008 at the Country Club of Gwinnett (CCG) in Snellville, Georgia and was a great success also.  The proceeds from the Golf Tournament were given by check to both the Shriners Hospitals for Children and Touch the Future, Inc., to help support their charitable missions.

Our Third Annual Charity Celebrity Golf Classic was held on Monday, April 13, 2009 at the Country Club of Gwinnett (CCG) in Snellville, Georgia and is supporting the YARRAB Shrine Circus and Touch the Future, Inc.  Both of these charities support Georgia and their communities with much needed services and equipment.  We pledge for the event to be even bigger and better than last years, so that a larger donation can be made to both of our sponsored charities.

Our Forth Annual Charity Celebrity Golf Classic was held on Monday, May 17, 2010 at the Country Club of Gwinnett (CCG) in Snellville, Georgia and is supporting the YARRAB Shrine Motor Corps and Touch the Future, Inc.  Both of these charities support the event and helped get Corporate Sponsors like Dowlinger Environmental Group (DEG), who was a NEW Silver Sponsor this year.  The proceeds from the Golf Tournament were given by check to both the Shriners Hospitals for Children and Touch the Future, Inc., to help support their charitable missions.

Our Fifth Annual Charity Celebrity Golf Classic was held on Monday, May 23, 2011 at the Country Club of Gwinnett (CCG) in Snellville, Georgia and supported the YARRAB Shrine Motor Corps and Touch the Future, Inc.  Both of these charities support the event and helped get Corporate Sponsors like The Arena Tavern and SunTrust Bank.  The CCGC Committee choose these two charities because of their commitment to Children in need and the Disabled, Senior and less fortunate communites.  If your charity is interested, please apply by letter to the CCGC Committee at P.O. Box 870785, Stone Mountain, GA 30087-0020 in order to be considered as a sponsored charity.
